Evaluation & On-Site Appointment
We will discuss the project via email/telephone before a visit to make sure we can fulfil your requests. After this, we will book an appointment with you to come view the site to evaluate the scope of work.
Quotation
We will prepare a quote with the scope of work proposal based on your budget expectations.
Agreement & Deposit
When you have finalized your decision to proceed with the project build/renovation, we will collect an initial deposit, and begin preparing design plans.
Design Presentation & Plans/Drawings Review
We will present the design concept to you and work with you to finalize the design plan. Once the main details have been decided on, we will prepare a final contract with specifics and pricing.
Final Contract
Once the final contract is complete we will schedule all work and ordering of materials.
Permits
Depending on the scope of work, some jobs may require a permit before we begin construction.
